Job Summary

A company is looking for a C&S Strategy and Operations Capability Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the intake and evaluation of IT requests based on strategic and regulatory priorities
• Gather, develop, document, and validate business needs and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
• Research and analyze data and business processes to support solution development and capability improvements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of analytical or technical experience
• Familiarity with Cost/Benefit Analysis development and Capital Business Processes
• Intermediate proficiency with Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Point
• Ability to build trust and form effective relationships with stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a matrixed environment
