A company is looking for a C&S Strategy and Operations Capability Manager, remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance digital technology solutions for C&S membership
• Evaluate IT requests and translate business needs into specific requirements
• Analyze data and business processes to support solution development and capability improvements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of analytical or technical experience
• Familiarity with Cost/Benefit Analysis development and Capital Business Processes
• Intermediate proficiency with Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Point
• Proven ability to build trust and form effective relationships with stakeholders
• Experience in Agile development preferred
