Strategy and Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategy and Ops, Forward Deployed Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate organizational priorities into structured initiatives and execution plans
• Design and implement delivery operating rhythms to improve margin performance
• Own strategic initiatives and lead working groups to identify and propose solutions for structural inefficiencies

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in GTM Strategy, Professional Services Ops, Revenue Ops, or similar
• Deep familiarity with SaaS Professional Services models
• Experience leading operational rollouts, including systems and process redesign
• Strong executive communication skills for drafting strategy memos and presentations
• Ability to operate independently in high-growth environments
