Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategy and Operations Manager, Categories and Expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the data team to report and analyze performance data, recommending necessary adjustments
• Lead strategic and operational projects to drive business growth and scalability
• Support the GTM team by developing playbooks and documentation, and presenting data insights

Required Qualifications

• Experience in consulting, finance, strategy, business operations, or analytics at a high-growth startup
• Strong strategic mindset with a balance of data-driven insights and business instincts
• Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Experience supporting post-sales operations in a GTM organization
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous work environment and operate independently
