Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Analyst-III to enhance customer experience and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute strategies to improve customer experience and operational performance
- Monitor and optimize KPIs related to customer experience and operational success
- Build and maintain analytical models and develop dashboards for KPI tracking
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, product, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong expertise in SQL and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with ETL processes and A/B testing
- Preferred experience in Python and building AI models
