Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst-III to enhance customer experience and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute strategies to improve customer experience and operational performance
  • Monitor and optimize KPIs related to customer experience and operational success
  • Build and maintain analytical models and develop dashboards for KPI tracking
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, product, or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong expertise in SQL and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience with ETL processes and A/B testing
  • Preferred experience in Python and building AI models
