Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in business operations, finance, or management consulting, with 2 years in a cross-functional role at a high-growth company
• Experience in a hyper-growth environment where structure is being built
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build models and analyses from scratch
• Effective cross-functional operator, driving execution across teams without friction
• Proficiency in advanced spreadsheets; knowledge of SQL or BI tools is a plus
