Strategy and Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support strategic initiatives, the full-time remote Strategy and Operations Manager will lead high-priority projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and optimize digital product flows to enhance growth and customer experience, with occasional travel to the Los Angeles office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high-priority initiatives that shape Sunbit's product offerings and market positioning
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution of the company roadmap
• Utilize financial modeling and data analytics to track performance and provide actionable insights to leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• 8-10+ years of Strategy and Operations experience, including 2+ years at the Manager or Senior Manager level
• Background in Top-Tier Management Consulting or in-house Strategy & Operations role within high-growth Tech or Fintech environments
• Experience working with Product teams and understanding digital platforms and customer journeys
• Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling and data analytics
