Job Summary
Maximizing the effectiveness of the CTO, the full-time Strategy and Operations Manager will drive strategic customer engagements, manage escalations, and enhance operational systems while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Drive preparation and execution of strategic customer engagements and executive initiatives
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment around customer priorities and manage critical customer issues
- Translate customer insights into recommendations that inform company strategy and enhance operational effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Account Management, or similar roles
- Experience managing strategic enterprise customers, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS environments
- Proficiency with AI tools and modern operational systems
- Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate effectively with executives
- Proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
