Strategy and Operations Manager

Job Summary

Driving financial planning and strategic analyses, the full-time remote Strategy and Operations Manager will partner with cross-functional leaders to enhance operational processes and support the growth of an embedded finance platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage financial forecasting and reporting processes, including revenue, expense, and cash flow
• Lead strategic analyses for pricing, go-to-market ROI, and new product launches
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to build credibility and drive operational improvements

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience, including 2-3 years in a high-growth SaaS startup or similar tech environment
• Strong financial modeling skills with experience in building and iterating forecasts
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI tools like Looker
• Experience with AI tools and a proactive approach to integrating them into workflows
• Ability to translate ambiguous questions into structured analyses with actionable recommendations
