Strategy and Planning Program Manager

Job Summary

Strategy and Planning Program Manager, a full-time position, will support the development and implementation of strategy and planning processes across the organization, focusing on global strategy development, resource allocation, and community integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Support development of global strategy and planning systems and processes
• Implement complex, multi-departmental, cross-geographic strategy and planning projects
• Facilitate change management and capacity building across the organization

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in project management, strategy and planning, or nonprofit administration
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
• Strong interest in animal protection issues preferred
