Job Summary

Partnering with the Head of LATAM, the full-time remote Strategy & Business Operations Associate will manage strategic initiatives, build operational frameworks, and drive cross-functional execution to support market expansion and partner enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to support strategic initiatives
• Develop and enhance operational processes, dashboards, and documentation for the LATAM region
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of strategic projects and initiatives

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy, Business Operations, or a high-growth startup
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Ability to simplify complex problems into actionable plans
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English
• Experience in project management and organizational skills
