Key Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive multi-year roadmaps that align business objectives with Salesforce and Martech investments
• Conduct optimization audits to identify customer lifecycle friction and propose data-driven solutions

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional consulting experience, with at least 3 years in digital or marketing strategy
• Expertise in building multi-year roadmaps that align with high-level business KPIs
• Proficiency in performing platform comparisons and guiding clients in tool selection
• Experience designing sophisticated, data-driven, omni-channel customer experiences
• Understanding of integrating automation and Generative AI into marketing workflows
