Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-touch onboarding experience for customers as a trusted product expert
• Manage customer onboarding projects and collaborate with implementation partners for successful setup and launch
• Drive product adoption by aligning customer goals with practical product solutions

Required Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of customer onboarding or implementation experience, preferably in a SaaS/PaaS environment
• 1+ year of experience in crafting AI-driven workflows for customers
• Marketing Technology experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or higher equivalent
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing customer requests
