Job Summary

Experienced strategy consultants with over 3 years at top-tier firms will find a freelance remote opportunity focused on building realistic consulting project environments, designing structured tasks for AI agents, and defining evaluation criteria for training AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project environments by creating detailed scenarios that reflect real engagement dynamics
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents, breaking projects into discrete tasks that mirror actual consulting work
• Define evaluation criteria and quality standards, developing grading frameworks and solutions for training AI outputs

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&
• Strong structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven thinking skills
• Ability to translate vague problems into clear analytical steps and deliverables
• High attention to logical consistency and output quality
• Independent, self-directed working style with clear written English proficiency (B2+)
