Job Summary

Experienced strategy consultants with a background from top-tier firms will find a part-time remote opportunity to build realistic consulting project environments, design structured tasks for AI agents, and define evaluation criteria for training AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project environments by creating detailed scenarios based on real engagement dynamics
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents that reflect actual consulting work, such as market sizing and operational diagnosis
• Define evaluation criteria and quality standards to develop grading frameworks and solutions for AI output evaluation

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&
• Strong structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven thinking skills
• Ability to translate vague problems into clear analytical steps and deliverables
• High attention to logical consistency and output quality
• Independent, self-directed working style with clear written English proficiency (B2+)
