Job Summary

To support the development of AI training environments, the part-time Strategy Consultant - AI Training will build realistic consulting project scenarios, design structured tasks for AI agents, and define evaluation criteria while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project environments by creating detailed project scenarios based on real engagement dynamics
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents, breaking projects into discrete tasks that reflect actual consulting work
• Define evaluation criteria and quality standards to develop grading frameworks and solutions for training AI systems

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.)
• Hands-on project experience in structuring ambiguous client problems into workable analytical plans
• Ability to produce client-ready deliverables under time pressure
• Strong structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven thinking skills
• Independent, self-directed working style with clear written English proficiency (B2+)
