Job Summary

Bringing expertise from top-tier consulting firms, the part-time Strategy Consultant - AI Training will build realistic consulting project environments, design structured consulting tasks for AI agents, and define evaluation criteria and quality standards, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project environments by creating detailed project scenarios grounded in real engagement dynamics
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents that mirror real consulting work, including market sizing and growth strategy
• Define evaluation criteria and quality standards to develop grading frameworks and rubrics for AI training

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&
• Strong structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven thinking skills
• Ability to translate vague problems into clear analytical steps and deliverables
• Independent, self-directed working style
• Clear written English proficiency (B2+ level)
