Job Summary

To support a growing team focused on AI training, the part-time Strategy Consultant for AI Training will build realistic consulting project environments, design structured tasks for AI agents, and define evaluation criteria while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project environments by creating detailed project scenarios based on real engagement dynamics
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents by breaking projects into discrete tasks that reflect actual consulting work
• Define evaluation criteria and quality standards by developing grading frameworks and evaluation rubrics for training AI systems

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain)
• Strong structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven thinking skills
• Ability to translate vague problems into clear analytical steps and deliverables
• Independent, self-directed working style
• Clear written English proficiency (B2+ level)
