Job Summary

To support a growing management consulting domain, the part-time Strategy Consultant for AI Training will build realistic consulting project environments, design structured consulting tasks for AI agents, and define evaluation criteria and quality standards, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project environments by creating detailed project scenarios grounded in real engagement dynamics
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents that mirror real consulting work, such as market sizing and operational diagnosis
• Define evaluation criteria and quality standards to develop grading frameworks and evaluation rubrics for training AI systems

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain)
• Strong structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven thinking skills
• Ability to translate vague problems into clear analytical steps and deliverables
• Independent, self-directed working style
• Proficient in clear written English (B2+ level)
