Job Summary

To support a growing management consulting domain, the part-time Strategy Consultant for AI Training will build realistic consulting project environments, design structured consulting tasks for AI agents, and define evaluation criteria and quality standards, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project environments by creating detailed project scenarios based on real engagement dynamics
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents that reflect real consulting work, such as market sizing and operational diagnosis
• Define evaluation criteria and quality standards, developing grading frameworks and rubrics for training AI systems

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm such as McKinsey, BCG, or Bain
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into workable analytical plans
• Experience in building financial models and synthesizing findings from complex data
• Demonstrated capability to produce client-ready deliverables under time pressure
• Strong independent working style with clear written English proficiency (B2+)
