• Define evaluation criteria and quality standards to develop grading frameworks and rubrics for AI output evaluation

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm such as McKinsey, BCG, or Bain
• Strong structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven thinking skills
• Ability to translate vague problems into clear analytical steps and deliverables
• Independent, self-directed working style
• Clear written English proficiency (B2+ level)
