Strategy Director

Job Summary

To drive strategic growth initiatives, the full-time salaried Strategy Director will translate high-level corporate vision into actionable plans, serving as an embedded advisor to senior leadership while managing cross-functional projects and competitive intelligence in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of growth initiatives and special projects, driving cross-functional task forces to make hard decisions
• Track competitor moves and synthesize industry developments to produce actionable briefs for the C-Suite
• Support strategic due diligence and market intelligence to inform "Build, Partner, or Buy" decisions

Required qualifications

• 4 years at a top-tier strategy firm followed by 3+ years in a technology operating role with ownership of outcomes
• Proven expertise in executing complex, cross-functional strategic projects within the technology or cloud infrastructure sector
• Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling and data-driven decision-making
• Experience partnering with Product, Finance, and GTM leaders to translate strategy into operating plans
• Ability to synthesize complex industry trends into executive-level insights
