Job Summary

Leading strategic initiatives for multiple client engagements, the full-time remote Strategy Director will shape brand and UX strategies, oversee teams, and contribute to project pitches while fostering strong client relationships and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the senior strategic lead across multiple client engagements and portfolios simultaneously
• Ensure strategic rigor, clarity, and coherence across projects from discovery through delivery
• Hire, manage, and develop strategists, fostering a culture of strategic excellence and collaboration
