Strategy Execution Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategy Execution Lead to provide program support for the PI Transformation Execution team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex programs and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones
• Track and report on essential program deliverables while identifying risks and recommending corrective actions
• Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders and prepare executive-level presentations and status reports for senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management, operations, or chief of staff roles in financial services, payments, or technology sectors
• Experience in healthcare operations performance, including payment integrity and clinical operations
• Proven experience presenting information to senior executive leadership
• Experience managing programs with significant financial outcomes and using project management tools
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive execution in a fast-paced environment
