Strategy & Execution Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of the Partnerships team, the full-time Strategy & Execution Manager will lead strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional programs, and provide data-driven insights while collaborating with various stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic business partner to Partner VPs, leading executive analyses and deliverables
• Define and manage high-impact cross-functional programs end-to-end, ensuring performance visibility against targets
• Guide the annual go-to-market planning process, including KPI setting and long-range modeling

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of strategy and operations experience, preferably in Enterprise SaaS, strategy consulting, or investment banking
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to support VP-level stakeholders effectively
• Proficiency in AI and data tools for analysis and problem-solving, including familiarity with GTM technologies like Databricks and SQL
• Experience in understanding partner ecosystems and sales operating models
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a rapidly expanding organizational environment
