Strategy & Growth Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategy & Growth Consultant (Contract) for a 3-month engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial modeling to evaluate growth opportunities and pricing strategies
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analyze competitive dynamics in pediatric mental health
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and prepare executive materials

Required Qualifications

• Former strategy consultant strongly preferred (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG)
• 4+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, or similar analytical roles
• Demonstrated experience building complex financial models
• Deep familiarity with healthcare, especially behavioral health and digital care models
• Ability to distill complex data into strategic insights and executive-ready storytelling
