Strategy Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enabling Conditions Strategy Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Enabling Conditions Strategy and serve as its primary representative
• Coordinate strategy implementation and facilitate regular engagement with the Strategy Committee
• Support fundraising efforts and build relationships with grantmaking entities and partners

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years' experience with civil society organizations in tropical forests and climate issues
• Proven background in strategic pillars such as funding accessibility and movement strengthening
• Good understanding of philanthropy and grantmaking strategy
• Demonstrated experience with facilitation, including virtual settings
• Commitment to the organization's values
