Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategy Lead to guide client partnerships and develop integrated growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction for high-impact client engagements and translate business challenges into growth opportunities
• Develop growth roadmaps and create strategy briefs that align cross-disciplinary teams around business objectives
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and ensure strategy is embedded in execution across the client lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, brand strategy, or growth strategy
• Experience developing integrated, cross-channel marketing strategies
• Strong analytical ability to turn research and performance data into insights
• Experience collaborating with media, creative, digital experience, CRM, and analytics teams
• Comfort working in complex environments and bringing clarity to ambiguity
