Strategy Lead

Job Summary

To support long-term growth initiatives, the full-time remote Strategy Lead will develop strategic roadmaps, oversee M&A activities, and analyze industry trends in revenue cycle management while collaborating with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the company's long-term growth strategy and actionable strategic roadmaps
• Support all phases of M&A strategy and execution, including valuation and due diligence
• Monitor industry trends and lead competitive intelligence efforts to benchmark capabilities against competitors

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a strategy-focused role in healthcare services
• Demonstrated understanding of AI tools and their strategic implications in healthcare
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, particularly in Excel
• Experience leading business transformation initiatives and managing cross-functional workstreams
• Advanced presentation skills with the ability to create compelling narratives for senior audiences
