Job Summary
To support a leading healthcare education institution, the remote Strategy Lead will manage the end-to-end CRM and email marketing strategy for enrollment programs while providing strategic input across various channels, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and optimizing content for diverse audiences.
Key responsibilities
- Lead CRM and email marketing strategies, including audience segmentation and optimization roadmaps for enrollment journeys
- Provide strategic direction and optimization across paid social, organic social, owned content, and performance marketing channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic insights are integrated into creative direction and execution
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior strategy or integrated marketing role with multi-channel expertise
- Deep knowledge of CRM and email marketing strategy, particularly within complex, multi-program environments
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance data analysis and A/B testing
- Familiarity with the higher education landscape and its unique challenges
- Experience with enterprise CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or HubSpot
