Strategy Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategy Manager - Insights to lead client-facing consulting engagements with large wealth management firms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements, partnering with senior stakeholders to define growth and performance questions
• Support research initiatives and contribute to publishable studies focused on advisor behavior and client outcomes
• Enable enterprise sales efforts through insight-led storytelling and customized client materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, or data science roles
• Experience in wealth management or financial services is preferred
• Proven track record of end-to-end project delivery and managing senior stakeholder relationships
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Tableau, Python, or R is a plus
