Strategy Manager

Job Summary

Shaping the strategic direction of the Higher Education business, the remote Strategy Manager will drive the development of business strategies, facilitate cross-functional alignment, and conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the development and refinement of key business and product strategies within the MHHE portfolio
• Facilitate alignment across various business functions and identify interdependencies within the broader HE strategy
• Lead strategic analysis to uncover new market opportunities and develop actionable recommendations for business leadership

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or product management/strategy
• Strong skills in conducting primary and secondary research for product strategy formulation
• Ability to structure complex problems and influence action through effective communication
• Experience developing relationships across different organizational levels and functions
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
