Strategy Manager

Job Summary

Partnering closely with the SVP of Strategy and Senior Director of Strategy, the full-time Strategy Manager will own key workstreams related to strategic initiatives, financial modeling, and market intelligence while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage strategic initiatives including De Novo Growth and real estate projects, providing end-to-end support from problem framing to project execution
• Build financial models and conduct market analysis to guide business priorities and inform investment decisions
• Develop high-quality materials and presentations for the Executive Leadership team and Board, translating complex data into actionable recommendations

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical role
• Strong financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Structured thinker capable of synthesizing complex data into clear recommendations
• Highly organized self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine passion for animals and/or the veterinary services industry
