• Support enterprise strategy development by assessing AI's potential to create value and improve performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6 years of healthcare experience or a Master's degree with 4 years of experience
• Preferred three years of people leadership experience
• Experience in business and management consulting, operational analysis, and project management
• Demonstrated management skills including strategy, change management, and resource management
• Broad-based human resource management experience, including hiring and team development
