Strategy Operations Lead

Job Summary

To bridge the gap between strategy and execution, the full-time Strategy Operations Lead will initiate and lead high-impact initiatives within the Strategic Enablement function, partnering with business leaders to design targeted learning programs and drive cross-functional coordination, while working remotely with occasional in-office collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and lead high-impact initiatives, managing each effort from problem definition through delivery
• Design and develop targeted learning programs, tracking effectiveness metrics and refining based on feedback
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination and communication, ensuring initiative progress is consistently shared with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in designing and delivering programs in ambiguous environments
• Experience building scaled, blended learning experiences tailored to diverse learner needs
• Demonstrated experience using AI to enhance workflow and outputs
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a proven ability to build trust and move work forward without formal authority
