Strategy Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SE Strategy & Operations Manager - Partner SE.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive integration with the Alliances organization, overseeing compensation management and performance metrics
• Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, providing data-driven insights and tracking progress against KPIs
• Act as a trusted advisor to PSE leaders and support the rollout of new GTM strategies while ensuring global standardization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of experience in GTM Operations supporting technical or partner organizations
• Experience using data-driven insights to influence SE productivity and GTM strategies
• Advanced proficiency with CRM and productivity tools
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and mediate operational disputes
