Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager (Contract).
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute strategies to enhance customer experience and operational performance
- Monitor and optimize KPIs related to customer experience and operational success
- Build and maintain analytical models and reporting frameworks to inform strategic decisions
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, product, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with ETL processes and A/B testing
- Python experience is preferred
