Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager (Contract).

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute strategies to enhance customer experience and operational performance
  • Monitor and optimize KPIs related to customer experience and operational success
  • Build and maintain analytical models and reporting frameworks to inform strategic decisions
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, product, or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience with ETL processes and A/B testing
  • Python experience is preferred
