Job Summary

To support the growth of the Customer Success organization, the full-time remote Strategy & Operations Manager will manage operational processes, develop reporting metrics, and lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer retention and expansion.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with Customer Success leadership to build and scale operational processes for onboarding, retention, and customer growth
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to track key customer success KPIs
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve the post-sales customer journey and optimize the Customer Success technology stack
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in management consulting or a similar analytical environment
  • 2+ years in strategy, operations, or customer success operations at a high-growth technology company
  • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform operational decisions
  • Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets and business intelligence tools; familiarity with SQL is a plus
