Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize and innovate on product strategy within the DashPass business
• Run data-driven experiments to improve subscriber retention and analyze market performance
• Collaborate with various teams to implement scalable products and provide a world-class operation

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in strategy, product, analytics, growth operations, or related fields
• Experience with SQL and/or Excel for solving analytical problems quickly
• Proven track record of leading initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a team environment
• Ability to think outside the box, learn new skills quickly, and apply them independently
• Ownership mentality, bias towards action, and ability to influence and motivate people at all levels
