Strategy & Performance Manager
Job Summary
To support strategic initiatives in the Law & Regulation department, the full-time remote Strategy & Performance Manager will translate business priorities into actionable plans, manage work intake and portfolio visibility, and analyze data to drive informed decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Support planning processes that connect department priorities to measurable business outcomes
- Manage work intake and prioritization to ensure initiatives are clearly defined and aligned with capacity
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement while developing executive-ready insights and presentations
Required qualifications
- 7 or more years of related experience in strategy, business operations, or performance management
- Experience developing planning frameworks, OKRs, and executive reporting
- Proven ability to work with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in large organizations
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven recommendations
- Excellent executive communication skills, including storytelling and presentation development
