Strategy & Planning Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing data ecosystem, the full-time Strategy & Planning Analyst will audit and consolidate data across various functions, create executive dashboards, and automate reporting workflows while working remotely within the LATAM region.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and map existing data tables across Finance, Growth, Marketing, and Customer Support
• Design and build a unified master table architecture to consolidate cross-functional data
• Create executive dashboards to surface real-time KPIs for leadership

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a data-driven, analytical role (e.g., strategy, consulting, business intelligence)
• Strong SQL proficiency across databases like Snowflake, PostgreSQL, or Redshift
• Experience using BI tools such as Hex, Sigma, or Power BI
• Familiarity with ETL concepts or AI-based tooling is a plus
• Builder's mentality with a self-starter attitude and ability to work cross-functionally
