Job Summary

Driving strategic initiatives, the full-time remote Strategy & Planning Manager will structure complex problems, activate data-driven solutions, and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance and align with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Drive highly visible strategic projects by structuring complex problems and activating data-driven solutions
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and leadership to integrate strategic components into product offerings
• Define and track critical success metrics for major initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational objectives

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in product management, management consulting, or strategy & operations
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in large-scale initiatives involving problem framing and quantitative analysis
