A company is looking for a Strategy & Corporate Development Project Specialist to support enterprise-level initiatives across strategy, transformation, and corporate development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategy, transformation, and corporate development projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met
• Establish and maintain operating rhythms for the Strategy & Corporate Development function, including business reviews and strategic offsites
• Manage executive calendars and coordinate cross-functional working sessions related to strategy and corporate development

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management, strategy operations, corporate development, or related fields
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives with strong ownership
• Expertise in managing multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced environments
• High professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration systems
