Strategy & Research Director

Job Summary

Leading research initiatives, the full-time remote Strategy & Research Director will create insights for public-facing reports and white papers on enterprise networking and AI/ML use cases while collaborating with various internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a research plan aligned with company strategy and technology
• Execute research to develop insights on the evolving landscape of technology and its impact on networking
• Synthesize research findings into accessible reports, articles, and other content for diverse audiences

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Economics, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
• Extensive experience in academic-style research planning and execution
• Strong data analysis skills
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior teams and diverse audiences
• Strategic thinking with a strong interest in business and technology trends
