Strategy & Transformation Analyst

Job Summary

To support corporate strategy and M&A execution, the full-time Strategy & Transformation Analyst will conduct strategic and financial analysis, evaluate market opportunities, and partner with business leaders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders on product strategies, market entry, and operational improvement
• Create complex financial models and conduct valuation analyses using various methodologies
• Evaluate potential M&A targets and prepare deal materials while supporting due diligence efforts

Required qualifications

• 1.5-3+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, or corporate strategy with a quantitative focus
• Proven ability to build financial models and apply core valuation methodologies
• Exceptional writing and presentation skills with experience in creating executive-ready materials
• Strong familiarity with M&A execution processes and competitive landscape analysis
• Deep interest in enterprise technology and SaaS metrics
