Streaming Media Assistant

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Streaming Media Assistant will provide operational support for live and on-demand streaming video products, ensuring system health monitoring and quality validation of content streams.

Key responsibilities

• Follow operational procedures and raise awareness of workflow issues as they arise
• Execute processes to validate the quality and availability of live content streams
• Perform system health monitoring and orchestrate live and VOD streaming media using proprietary tools

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong understanding of computers and applications
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience preferred
• Familiarity with streaming and broadcast media, particularly HTTP Live Streaming (HLS)
