Key Responsibilities

• Operate proprietary software for media orchestration and set up workflows for streaming on client devices
• Execute processes to validate the quality and availability of live content streams
• Document workflows and troubleshoot issues as they arise

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in live operations or a technology-focused role
• Experience with live/on-demand streaming
• Intermediate understanding of streaming video delivery and transmission workflows
• High School Diploma or equivalent
