Streaming Services Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technician, Streaming Services (USA Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support live event video delivery through various platforms
• Triage and troubleshoot audio and video streaming issues
• Document troubleshooting and resolutions within an internal ticketing system

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Bachelor's degree, or military experience
• Minimum of 1+ years in a Technical Operations Center, Network Operations Center, or similar environment
• Experience with live broadcast feeds and content delivery networks
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Remedy or ServiceNow
• Basic understanding of networking components and video routing
