Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technician, Streaming Services (USA Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support live event video delivery through various platforms
Triage and troubleshoot audio and video streaming issues
Document troubleshooting and resolutions within an internal ticketing system

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or Bachelor's degree, or military experience
Preferred 2-year degree in a computer-related field
Minimum of 1+ years in Technical Operations Center, Network Operations Center, or similar environments
Experience with Broadcast or Content Delivery Networks and ticketing systems
1+ years of experience in a service desk environment
