Job Summary
Working afternoons and evenings, the full-time Streaming Support Specialist will deliver high-quality live audio and video streaming support for collegiate athletic events, collaborating with athletic department staff and production teams while troubleshooting issues in real time.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and nurture client relationships while monitoring live streams for quality
- Train clients on audio/video streaming tools and assist with troubleshooting streaming issues
- Provide end-user support to fans experiencing difficulties with live-streamed content
Required qualifications
- 1+ year experience in video production and/or live streaming
- Strong client service skills with a team-oriented mindset
- Technical aptitude with live streaming tools and basic understanding of streaming software and hardware encoders
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends during the athletic season
